2) DB 16 p.110-111, 10 Nov 1885: THOMAS HAWKINS and MARY his wife...sell (land)
3) ML granted Halifax 1790: JOHN HAWKINS to GILLEY CRAUFORD
3) DB 17 p.130, 17 Feb 1792: THOMAS HAWKINS to son JOHN HAWKINS for love and affection....(land)
4) Ct of Pleas & Quarter Sessions, 16 May 1797: Administration...of THOMAS HAWKINS, deceased...granted to BENJAMIN HAWKINS.
**5) DB 21 p. 263, 27 Dec 1808: MARY SMITH...to her son BENJAMIN HAWKINS...deed of gift (slaves) Humphrey, Fillis, Lewis, Jo, (furniture, animals, etc) after my death.
**6) DB 23 p.387, 26 Nov 1816: MARY SMITH...to her nephew WILLIS HAWKINS of Morgan Co., GA...deed of gift Negroes, Lewis & Albert after my death...Wit: JOSHUA BOON. my note: Willis Hawkins married on 15 Oct 1816 in Morgan Co., GA Elizabeth (Betsy) Boon, sister of Joshua Boon.
