1 CONT Jerry Wayne Wall, 63, of Modesto died Friday at Memorial Medical Center.
1 CONT Mr. Wall was a native of Oil Center, Okla., and had lived in Modesto since 1962. He was a welder for 20 years at Stockton Steel. He enjoyed cooking, golf, bowling, travel and slot games.
1 CONT He is survived by his ex-wife, Mary Alice Wall of Modesto; children, Ellen Hinshaw, Dalora Wall, Paul Wall and Paula Corcoran Wall, all of Modesto; father, Herman Wallace Wall of Modesto; brothers, Jimmy Wallace Wall of Manteca and Benny Monroe Wall of Stockton; sister, Sue Carol Sneed of St. George, Utah; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mabel Lorene Collis Wall.

1 CONT Madge Carrington Carmick, 94, of Charleston, died on Wednesday, May 12, 2004, in a local hospital. Born on March 11, 1910, the daughter of the late George and Nancy Deatherage, she was the widow of George Carrington and Edward Carmick. Mrs. Carmick was a retried registered nurse, who also served in the United States Army during WWII, dedicating her life to taking care of others. She enjoyed quilting. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, Jeanette Keeran and Frances Henne. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 17, 2004, at Live Oak Memorial Gardens, Ashley River Road, Charleston. 1 CONT SELAH - Lola Thelma Allen passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at Selah Convalescent. She lived at Orchard Park retirement residence in Yakima for 15 years. She was 90 years old.
1 CONT Graveside services will be held on Saturday April 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Juniper Haven Cemetery in Prineville, Oregon.
1 CONT Lola was born in Three Brothers, Arkansas on Easter Day April 24, 1916 to George and Jeanette Deatherage. She attended schools in Arkansas. On February 6, 1940 in Missouri she married Riley D. Allen.
1 CONT Lola enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved crocheting, and growing tomatoes.
1 CONT Lola is survived by one son Dr. Riley L. (Becky) Allen of Prineville, Oregon, and one daughter Kay (Pete) Briles of Selah, Washington. Three grandchildren Darcie (Mike) Hanratty of Selah, Washington, Lara (Scott) Polen of Prineville, Oregon, and Kelley St. Aubin of Selah, Washington. Nine great-grandchildren Trent Allen, Courtney Allen, Justin St. Aubin, Cheyenne St. Aubin, Hunter Hanratty, Hollie Hanratty, Reece Polen, Jackson Polen, and Quinn Riley Polen.
1 CONT She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Riley Allen, and by one grandson Todd Allen. Numerous brothers and sisters.
1 CONT Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association 380 SE Spokane St. Suite 110 Portland, OR 97202.
1 CONT Arrangements are in the care of the Prineville Funeral Home.

1 CONT GENTRY - Thelma Deatherage Luedecke, 95, of Gentry died June 3, 2008, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab. She was born Oct. 9, 1912, in Pontotoc County, Okla., to Elzora W. and Laura Ann Luttrell Deatherage.
1 CONT She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1960 from Texas. She was a professional chef and a member of the Church of Christ in Springtown.
1 CONT She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur O. Luedecke, and a son, Arthur Otto Luedecke Jr.
1 CONT Survivors include a son, Jim Luedecke of Centerton; two daughters, Irene Weldon and Kathy Honson, both of Gentry; 18 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and 45 great-great-grandchildren.
1 CONT Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, online at wassonfuneralhome.com.
1 CONT A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Springtown Cemetery. Keith Harper and Paul Jeffus will officiate.

1 CONT GLEN D. DEATHERAGE
1 CONT ADA Services for Glen D. Deatherage, 83, Ada, are noon Friday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Tony Buck will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery.
1 CONT Mr. Deatherage died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2004, at a local hospital. He was born March 16, 1921, in Ada to Elzora and Laura Luttrell Deatherage. He lived in this area all his life and attended Vanoss schools.
1 CONT He married Amanda Perry in 1948. She died in April 3, 1994. He was a farmer and later was an employee with Evergreen Mill until his retirement in 1974. He was of the Baptist faith.
1 CONT Mr. Deatherage served in the U. S. Army during World War II in the Saipan Islands. He was honorably discharged as a mess sergeant and staff sergeant for the 148th General Hospital. He received the APT Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Victory Ribbon and Meritorius Unit Award.
1 CONT Survivors include three sons, Monte Deatherage and his wife Cindy, Ada, Robert Deatherage, Temple, and B. J. Perry, Little Axe ; one sister, Thelma Ludecke, Gentry, Ark.; nine grandchildren, Shannon Deatherage, Ada, Jeremy Deatherage, Stonewall, Tim Deatherage, Stonewall, Teresa Perry, Ada, Reba Hamilton, Ada, Glennie Perry, Ada, Billy Phillips, San Francisco, Calif., Denise Guinta, New Jersey, and Gina Guinta, New Jersey; and numerous great- grandchildren.
1 CONT He was preceded in death in 1986 by a son, Edward Deatherage, in 1993 by a daughter, Beverly Escue, and in 2004 by a grandson, Kevin Deatherage.
1 CONT Bearers will be Tim Deatherage, Jeremy Deatherage, Mark Johnson, David Daniels, Richard Byrd and Morris Cane.
