The Cowsills, a family recording group, will be featured, along with singer Gene Pitney and the 100-voice South Catholic choir, on “The Brad Davis Show” from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday on channel 3.

Teen-age guests from Hartford’s South Catholic High School and Torrington High School will dress formally for the show, which will have a holiday formal dance as is theme.

The Cowsills, who are scheduled to appear on “The Ed Sullivan Show” Dec. 24, will sing “The Rain, the Park and Other Things” in the park-like setting of Constitution Plaza.

Pitney, a Rockville native who has made many appearances on the Davis Show, will sing his hit record, “Town Without Pity,” and the South Catholic Choir will present a medley of Christmas music.
