Cowsills to Present Concert December 15 At Westmar College

The Cowsills, an internationally known MGM recording group, will present a two-hour concert in the Physical Education Center at Westmar College, Le mars, Iowa, at 8 p.m. Monday, December 15.

The concert by the Cowsills is one of a series of big name entertainment events sponsored by the Associated Students of Westmar College.

The Cowsills have recorded six albums for MGM. Among their television appearances have been those on Ed Sullivan, Johnny Carson, Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas, Jonathan Winters, Johnny Cash and Dick Cavett shows,: Kraft Music Hall, Hollywood Palace, "The Wonderful World of Pizazz," a NBC special, and "A Family Thing," a Timex special starring the Cowsills.

Keith Sheffield, ASWC social committee chairman, says advance tickets are available at the office of Thomas S. Stone, dean of students, and at several locations in downtown Le Mars.
